Privacy Notice

Our role

We are the data controller for personal data about our own account holders — the agents, teams and brokerages who sign up for the Service. For personal data submitted by consumers through an agent's funnel or landing page, the agent (and their brokerage) is the controller and we act as a processor on their behalf, handling that data only to operate the Service and following their instructions.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password credentials, phone number, brokerage name, agent and brokerage license numbers, headshot and logo images, site slug and custom domain.
• Lead data — the name, phone number, email address, property details, timeline, motivation and funnel answers a consumer submits to an agent's site, plus the derived lead score and intent level.
• Activity data — notes, statuses and call, text and email actions logged against a lead.
• Usage and technical data — page views, campaign and tracked-link identifiers, anonymous visitor identifiers, device and browser information, IP address and timestamps.
• Support data — the content of messages you send us.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• Creating and administering accounts, and delivering the Service you signed up for — performance of a contract.
• Publishing agent websites and funnels, capturing and routing leads, sending lead alerts — performance of a contract, and processing on the agent's instructions.
• Scoring and attributing leads, measuring page views and campaign performance — legitimate interests in providing useful analytics to our customers.
• Security, abuse and fraud prevention, and enforcing plan entitlements — legitimate interests.
• Product improvement and troubleshooting — legitimate interests.
• Customer support — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails to account holders — consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Meeting tax, accounting and other legal obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

• Service providers acting as subprocessors: hosting and database providers, file storage, email delivery for lead notifications, and error monitoring.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers such as our legal and accounting firms, where needed.
• Authorities or other parties where we are required to do so by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
• A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, except where longer retention is required for tax or legal reasons. Lead and activity data is kept while the owning account is active and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of the account being closed or on the agent's request. Analytics and technical logs are retained for up to 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent, and — for US state privacy laws — opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email listingsforagents@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires, normally within 30 days. If a consumer asks us to exercise rights over lead data, we will pass the request to the agent who controls it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored files, row-level access controls that isolate each account's data, private storage buckets for uploaded images, and server-side enforcement of who may view lead contact details.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your plan selection during signup, and secure the Service. On agent sites we set a first-party anonymous visitor identifier so page views and campaign performance can be attributed. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though the dashboard will not stay signed in without the essential ones.

International transfers

Our infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
